1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jetti Sheets ("Service"), a Google Sheets add-on provided by Jetti, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jetti Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on that provides:

  • Cohort Analysis - Customer retention tracking and visualization
  • Snowball Analysis - Revenue and customer waterfall breakdowns
  • Data Quality Scanning - Automated health checks for your data
  • Insights Drill-Down - Interactive exploration of underlying customer data
  • Ask AI - AI-powered analysis of your reports using Anthropic's Claude API

The Service processes data within your Google Sheets to generate analytics reports.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Access

4.1 Google Account Requirement

The Service requires a Google account and operates as a Google Workspace Add-on. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

4.2 Authorization

When you install the Service, you authorize it to:

  • Read and write data in Google Sheets where you use the add-on
  • Access Google Drive files you select for analysis
  • Make external requests to our analysis APIs
  • Display custom UI elements within Google Sheets

4.3 Access Revocation

You may revoke access at any time through:

  • Google Account settings (Security > Third-party apps with account access)
  • Uninstalling the add-on from Google Sheets

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Analyze your own business data
  • Generate reports for your organization
  • Export data and insights for business purposes

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to analyze data you do not have rights to access
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to store or process data that violates any law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
  • Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) without appropriate safeguards
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5.3 Usage Limits

We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure service quality for all users. Current limits include:

  • Cache expiration: 24 hours
  • Monthly token allocation: Based on subscription tier (see Section 10)

6. Data Processing

6.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you process through the Service.

6.2 How We Process Data

  • Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our servers for processing
  • Processed results are cached temporarily (24 hours) to improve performance
  • Your cached data is isolated and cannot be accessed by other users
  • All cache is automatically deleted after 24 hours

6.3 Data Retention

  • Processing Cache: Automatically deleted after 24 hours
  • No Long-Term Storage: We do not permanently store your business data
  • License Data: Email, license key, token count stored until license deactivated
  • Logs: Service logs (without your data content) retained for 30 days for debugging

6.4 Ask AI Feature

The "Ask AI" feature sends aggregated report metrics (not raw customer records) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate plain-language analysis of your reports.

What is sent: Aggregated metrics, column labels, report type, and time period from your generated Jetti Sheets report.

What is NOT sent: Raw customer data, names, emails, identifiers, or data from unanalyzed sheets.

Third-party processing: Anthropic API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted within 30 days by default, except where longer retention is required for law, usage policy enforcement, or another agreed retention setting. Anthropic says it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train models by default.

Opt-in only: Ask AI only runs when you explicitly click the button. You can use all other Jetti Sheets features without it.

For complete details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
