Full Analysis: From Raw Data to Insights
Scenario: You're preparing a board report on customer health. Here's the complete workflow.
Phase 1: Data Validation
- Load your data into Jetti
- Run Data Health Scan
- Fix any issues with score < 90
- Re-run until score is acceptable
Phase 2: High-Level View
- Run Snowball Analysis at topline level
- Look for trends:
- Is Ending growing each period?
- Is New slowing down?
- Is Lost increasing?
- Note any periods with unusual movements
Phase 3: Deep Dive
- Run Cohort Analysis with Count (logo retention)
- Identify:
- Which cohorts have worst retention?
- At what age do customers typically churn?
- Run Cohort Analysis with Sum (dollar retention)
- Compare: Is dollar retention better or worse than logo retention?
- Better = large customers are stickier
- Worse = losing your best customers
Phase 4: Segment Analysis
- Re-run Snowball with segment breakdown
- Identify:
- Which segment has highest churn?
- Which segment is growing fastest?
- Drill down into concerning cells to see specific customers
Phase 5: AI Synthesis
- Open Ask AI panel
- Select Health Scorecard template
- Fill in:
- Industry: SaaS
- Known events: Any price changes, product launches, etc.
- Deep Dive: ON
- Copy prompt → Paste into ChatGPT/Claude
- Review AI analysis and incorporate into board report
Phase 6: Action Items
Based on your analysis, create action items:
