Does Jetti store my data? Jetti temporarily caches processed results (encrypted) to speed up repeat analyses. Your raw data stays in Google Sheets/Drive. Cache auto-expires after a short period.

How much data can Jetti handle? Jetti is designed for large datasets. Processing time scales with data size, but even substantial datasets work well.

Why is my cohort table diagonal? Newer cohorts haven't aged as much, so they have fewer columns of data. This is expected and correct.

What does Ask AI send to Anthropic? Ask AI sends aggregated report metrics, report structure, and report context needed to generate a summary. Raw customer records, names, emails, and identifiers are not sent.
